How to book an appointment… You are welcome to call, text, or email us by filling out the New Guest Form

New Guest Form… The form is designed for us to get a little acquainted with you before your arrival; a sort of mini consultation. It asks about your hair habits and lifestyle plus any pertinent information about you that we may need before we start on your hair journey.

Before your first visit… We encourage you to bring inspiration pictures of hair you love or pictures of your hair when you loved it; this helps us get a better visualization of what exactly it is that makes up your dream hair.

Why… Why are new guest visits more timely and costly? Since it is our first time with your hair, we are committed to ensuring that your first visit encapsulates all that is needed for you and your hair. These appointments allow for a longer consultation and additional time to educate you in the LUX process of bringing your hair desires into reality. We want you to be able to protect your investment in your hair by understanding how to care for and replicate all that will be done.

Consultation… Our stylists take the time to make sure that you are heard. Our consultations allow time for your stylist to discuss your likes and dislikes, what has worked and what could work better, review the condition of your scalp and hair, review your at home care and procedures, your lifestyle with your hair, and discuss the steps that will be taken to achieve the look you desire.

Transformation… If you’re wanting a true transformation cut and/or color, it’s important to be open to it being an evolutionary process. Some transformations may take multiple visits and that’s ok, we’re here to walk that process with you.

Front of House… Our Front of House can help guide you through this process. We are available Monday through Saturday to take your calls and answer your questions. Front of House works with the stylists everyday and may be able to help you decide who would be best suited for your hair.
